Exploration of sexual orientation often involves both clarity and complexity. With over a decade of professional experience in sexual health and LGBTQ+ advocacy at the University of Georgia, I bring clinical depth and cultural fluency to this work. I support queer and questioning adults navigating coming out, internalized shame, evolving partnerships, and the nuanced impact of Southern religious and cultural messaging. Together, we examine romantic and sexual attraction within the context of attachment history, family systems, and intersecting identities. Asexuality and other less visible orientations are affirmed as valid and whole.

Gender exploration is rarely linear. It can involve shifts in embodiment, language, relationships, and long-term vision. I work with non-binary and trans adults navigating social transition, hormone replacement therapy, surgical decision-making, legal name changes, and evolving partnership dynamics. Therapy offers space to process dysphoria, resilience, grief, and agency without having to simplify your experience. LGBTQ+ therapy is collaborative and reflective. Many non-binary and trans clients are thoughtful, self-aware adults who want structured support as they make intentional decisions about how they live and relate.
